Since the inception of the original CRAFT programme (April 2004) the Forum has been meeting quarterly.

Forum Meetings
One of the best but unquantifiable outcomes of the Forum meetings has to be the networking and sharing of best and not-so-best practice amongst your fellow enforcement officers and other interested parties. It has to be acknowledged that amongst the 18 authorities in this programme there are Beacon status authorities who have and are addressing the issues of fly tipping, fly posting, dog fouling and graffiti and achieving excellent results. The really good thing is they are willing to share their experiences with the rest.
